Post your meetings where everyone can see them…all calendars, one spot.

Shawnee TV will be producing promos for the LRHSD App, specifically the calendar feature, where students and staff can customize the clubs and sports they see in the calendar.  The app defaults to all events from the school you select the first time you open it.  From there you can select only the activities you want to see.

The goal is all calendars, one spot.

Advisors can use either Blackboard or Google to make their calendars public in the LRHSD App.

For Blackboard:  submit the “iCal” link found under the settings of the calendar.

For Google:  submit the direct link to the calendar and we’ll find the “iCal” link for them or grab the link in the sharing settings.

For both cases, please submit a work order http://helpdesk.lrhsd.org and the computer techs know to send it over to LDTV to be published on the LRHSD App Calendar.
